Bisa coba tip ala temen Devi Pesona sbb, tidak instant tapi bisa di coba, sbb :

Mau beli rumah senilai 160 juta.. KPR.. Dp 40 juta. Cicilan 1,5 juta / bulan selama 15 tahun. Ringan ya.. langsung serah kunci.

Tapi..

Kalau di itung itung total balikinnya 310 juta. Subhannallah.

Dia udah punya uang 50 juta.

Lalu dia bagi dua. 15 juta buat cari kontrakan setahun. 35 juta di jadikan emas. Waktu itu dapat 125 gram.

Setahun pertama, setiap bulannya dia pisahkan 1,5 juta dari rekening.

1 juta untuk di tabung bayar kontrakan tahun depan = 12 juta + 3 juta tambahan dari THR dan bonus kantor.

Dan setiap bulannya dia minimal beli 1 gram emas.

Di akhir tahun, dia dapat emas 12 gram. Begitu seterusnya. Hingga 8 tahun.

Di tahun ke delapan, dia udah dapat 96 gram emas + 125 gram emas pertama kali. Total 221 gram. Plus tiap ada uang lebih dia belikan emas total tambahan 260 gram.

Bulan lalu, dia jual semua emasnya. Dapat 160 juta an.

Ketemu rumah second, bagus, besar dan yang punya rumah lagi butuh. Dia bayarin dah tuh CASH.

Ditanya, kenapa gak ambil rumah dari awal aja? Gak rugi ngontrak 8 tahun.

Dia bilang, kontrakan dia 15 juta pertahun x 5 tahun = 75 juta. Naik jadi 20 juta x 3 tahun = 60 juta. Total "buang duit" = 135 juta.

Tapi kalau dia KPR.. buang duitnya 380 juta.. Plus.. dia gak perlu sakit kepala 15 tahun. Cukup 8 tahun berhemat..

Jadi, ditanya balik.. rugi ngontrak 8 tahun atau KPR 15 tahun dengan pengeluaran yang sama sama 1,5 juta se bulan.

Stability Of Structure

Before analysis and design there is crucial stage known as “investigation of structures stability”. It is necessary to determine that the structure we are going to design is stable or not.

Stability in simple words means that structure doesn’t undergo rigid body motion, that structure takes external forces and deforms.

There are two terminologies used in stability “Externally stable” and “Internally Stable” which are explained in this video below. Structure is said to be stable if and only if it is both externally and internally stable.

An experienced engineer will tell just by inspection weather a structure is stable or not and what steps are necessary to make an unstable structure stable

Inserting a model into LayOut

In this tutorial, I’m going to use a model I found on Formfonts. Formfonts is a premium model library full of high quality models that are professionally made to reduce file size while maintaining a high visual standard. If you’re in need of professional models to add detail to your own models, I highly recommend you check out their membership. Click here.
You could go straight to LayOut with your model, but it’s worth noting a few things to save you from frustration down the road:

• If you have a lot of guides (from the Tape Measure tool) you’ll probably want to delete them so they don’t end up in your viewports. Go to Edit -> Delete Guides to delete all guides in your model. (If you’re editing a group/component while you do this, it will only delete the guides in that group/component.)
• If you DO have section cuts in your model that you don’t want showing up in your viewports, you need to make sure you have a custom style created that hides section cuts or section planes.
• If there are certain objects in your model that you don’t want displayed in any viewports, you must hide them. Either assign them to a hidden layer (Go to Window -> Entity Info -> Select the layer you want to assign it to. Then go to Window -> Layers, and uncheck that layer visibility.) Or, hide the objects by right clicking them and selecting Hide. (You can unhide them from the Outliner Window)

Once you’ve finalized your model, make sure you save it. Then, go to File -> Send to LayOut. (You need SketchUp Pro in order to get LayOut.)

Components & Groups
Everything that is modeled must be either a component or a group. Ungrouped faces are great resource consumers and increase the file size significantly.

Display Style
Under the View option, users should set their Face Style to Shaded and uncheck Shadows if they are currently on. They should also set their Windows>Style option to one of the defaults. If they require to view their model with a particular style and with shadows, they must set up a scene with those properties. User should ensure to set up a ‘working’ scene so that they can shift between the two. This process enhances the workflow and speeds up SketchUp significantly.
